Happy Birthday, Magda Gerber

Resources for Infant Educarers® recently celebrated its 31st RIE Conference. Magda Gerber and RIE's® first Conference was actually celebrated in June 1979.) There were a number of conferences following 'the first' but this one holds a very dear place in my heart, as this was the conference Dr. Emmi Pikler was introduced to the United States and I had the opportunity to participate. Forty-plus years of admiring and sharing the work of Magda and Dr. Pikler and it never gets old. Her legacy lives on.
